Day 2
Arusha to Tarangire
Drive to Tarangire National Park, a landscape of towering baobabs and shimmering riverbeds alive with elephant herds. After settling in, head out on an afternoon game drive, watching your first giraffes, zebras, and antelope move through the golden light.

Day 3
Tarangire Game Drives
Immerse yourself in a full day of game drives across Tarangire’s diverse terrain, from open savannah to silvery marsh. Scan for elephants, lions, and elusive tree-climbing leopards as your guide interprets tracks, behaviors, and the quiet dramas unfolding around you.

Day 4
Morning Game Drive + Transfer to Karatu
Savor a final morning game drive in Tarangire, catching any last elephants or big cats framed by ancient baobabs. Then travel into the cool, green highlands of Karatu, arriving at your lodge to unwind, refresh, and toast the next chapter of your safari.

Day 5
Full-Day Safari in Ngorongoro Crater
Descend into Ngorongoro Crater, a vast caldera teeming with wildlife in every direction. Spend the day tracking black rhinos, hippos, lions, and great elephant herds across lush grasslands and shimmering lakes, feeling as if you’ve stepped into a living Eden.

Day 6
Morning Game Drive in Serengeti (Optional Balloon Safari)
Wake in the legendary Serengeti, where plains stretch to the horizon and the air hums with possibility. Set out on a morning game drive, or, for an unforgettable perspective, choose an optional hot air balloon ride at sunrise, floating above wildlife and winding rivers

Day 7
Game Drives in Serengeti
Devote the day to exploring the Serengeti’s sweeping savannahs and kopje-dotted plains. Follow your guide in search of lions, cheetahs, elephants, and, season permitting, the Great Migration, as vast herds move like a living river across the landscape.

Day 8
Savor the Serengeti
Wake on your final day in the Serengeti and experience two more game drives. Relax at your lodge, toast your fellow travelers, and recap the magic of Africa. Enjoy a final night dinner before departing the following morning.
