Single Journey Travel Planning
Fully Managed Custom Travel Design
Single Journey Travel Planning is ideal for travelers who want one exceptional trip designed and managed from start to finish.
This is a one-time engagement offering comprehensive planning, coordination, and support for a single journey, handled with the same care and attention we bring to our long-term clients.

Planning Fees:
- $500 per adult traveler (ages 16+)
- $150 per child (under age 16)
Pricing applies per traveler; no multi-traveler discounts
Trip Scope:
- One trip up to 10 days in one destination
- Trips over 10 days and/or involving more than one destination will incur an additional flat planning fee ranging from $750–$1,500, based on complexity
All planning fees are reviewed and confirmed prior to engagement.
What This Includes:
- Preferred hotels, resorts, and distinctive accommodations
- International air bookings are handled through our dedicated air desk; additional fees apply
- Private airport and in-destination transfers
- Dining reservations and curated experiences
- End-to-end coordination and on-trip support
To maintain our standard of service, we do not plan trips based on frequent flyer points, mileage redemptions, or Airbnb-style accommodations.
If accommodations are secured independently outside of our recommendations, we are happy to plan and manage the remaining components of your trip. A supplemental service fee of 15% will apply to the trip elements we design, book, and oversee, ensuring continuity and elevated coordination throughout your journey.

Signature Annual Planning
An Intentional Travel Planning Relationship
Signature Annual Planning is designed for travelers and families who want one fully managed, high-touch journey each year, while still enjoying insider access and expert guidance for everything else.
This relationship pairs comprehensive planning for your primary trip with year-round booking privileges and advisory support, offering flexibility, continuity, and confidence without the expectation of continuous or unlimited trip design.
Ideal for travelers who plan one standout trip annually and value insider access for shorter getaways, repeat destinations, or add-on stays throughout the year.

This is a priority planning relationship, structured, proactive, and intentionally scoped, where travel is managed with continuity, foresight, and discretion throughout the year. Rather than starting fresh with each journey, we maintain an ongoing understanding of your preferences, pace, and priorities, allowing travel to unfold seamlessly as plans arise.

Founder-Led Private Travel is a highly selective planning relationship for clients with complex, sensitive, or exceptional travel needs, personally overseen by Founder Alison McMaster.
This engagement is intentionally limited and defined by privacy, confidence, and long-term alignment. It is not structured around trip count, but by the level of involvement required. Planning is approached holistically, often involving families, advisors, assistants, and other stakeholders, while maintaining clarity, appropriate boundaries, and full control.
